Free UPS shipping only applies to orders over $50 placed through the website, and
delivering within the contiguous 48 states. Please see the charts below for details.
NOTE: These are estimated times only based on past performance and are not guarantees. Estimates are for standard UPS/USPS shipments only and not for large items that ship via truck. To find out if your item ships via truck, look for the 
. 2nd Day Air packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. Next Day Air packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
Most orders ship from our warehouse within 24 hours! Orders submitted after 8:00 a.m. ET and orders placed on weekends or holidays typically ship the next business day.

Some of our larger items ship "via truck," which means they require a special type of shipping company (common carrier). As reflected in the charts above, orders containing an item designated for delivery via truck incur a $50.00 truck delivery surcharge in addition to our standard shipping charge. Please allow 4 to 8 business days for delivery. Orders designated for truck delivery are not eligible for expedited shipping (Next Day or 2nd Day Air) or for delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping by truck is a big deal. Here's the important information you need to know if your order is shipping via truck:

| The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized or overweight may not be shipped to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions. Should your order exceed weight and size standards, you will be asked to provide a street address in lieu of a PO Box. In lieu of an APO/FPO address, you will be asked to provide a Transportation Control Number (TCN), an address and telephone number for the U.S. Consolidation point (freight forwarder), and the receiving address at your destination (international duty station). If this information is unavailable, your order will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged. |
| Drop Ship (Items Shipped from a Manufacturer) |
| If an item is identified in the availability field or in the product description as "Drop Ship," the product will ship directly from the manufacturer to your door. Please allow additional time (generally 2 to 6 weeks) for delivery. Items shipped directly from a manufacturer are not eligible for expedited shipping (Next Day or 2nd Day Air) or for delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. |
