Feeling Positive CD

Feeling Positive is based on the key findings from the field of Positive Psychology with songs of curiousity, kindness, and gratitude. The classification system of character strengths include 1) Strengths of wisdom and knowledge; 2) Strengths of courage; 3) Strengths of humanity; 4) Strengths of temperance; and 5) Strengths of transcendence. In this CD, strengths from each of these categories have developed into musical strategies for parents and teachers to encourage these character strengths at home and in the classroom.
