This program follows the Core Knowledge Seqence to teach key history and geography topics. By presenting the concepts of world and American history and geography, Core Knowledge of History & Geography builds important social studies concepts. Levels 1-2 includes Student Package,Teacher package, & Parent Guide. The student package includes 8-11 books that include 4-10 lessons of history and Geography. Book titles for Level 2 include: Making the Constitution, Geography of the Americas, Americans Move West, Immigration and Citizenship, Civil Rights Leaders, The War of 1812, The Civil War, Ancient China, Ancient Greece, Ancient India, & Japan Today. The teacher's Package includes all of the Teacher Guides combined in a 3 ring binder.
